We provide one fast option for all of our customers. Once your labels have been produced, allow 2-5 business days for delivery to most capital cities. For Perth and all regional locations please allow an additional business day.
We also have an express shipping option which will deliver next business day once your order has been completed.

Please note that Express shipping does not expedite the production of your job it only expedites the shipping. If you need your job completed by a certain date please contact us prior to ordering to confirm this.
Currently we only deliver within Australia. LabEX has plans to expand to New Zealand in the near future.
If stored properly, your labels will last 12-18 months on the shelf, once printed. We do, however, recommend using your labels within 12 months of ordering.
We recommend all labels are stored between 20-25 degrees Celsius. If stored in higher or lower temperatures, shelf life may be reduced.
Selecting the right label can be tricky, however, to keep it simple we suggest you ask yourself the following questions:
Will my labels come into contact with liquid?
Are my labels going into the fridge and likely to be exposed to condensation?
If you have answered YES to either of these questions, then we recommend ourSynthetic/ Polypropylene labels. If the answer is NO, then Paper-based labels might be a good option.
