To make things easier for you, and for us, we try to keep as much of your process as automated as possible. This is what allows us to keep costs down so you can get the most affordable labels in Australia. As a result, we don't send our separate proofs to confirm your artwork, instead, this is something you approve as part of your order confirmation process.
Once your order has been received, we will then set it up for printing, this most often happens the same or next business day after your order. You'll be notified once we've set up your artwork as we will change the status to "In production".
From there, your order will take approximately 7-10 business days to be printed and finished (when we laminate your label to seal it in, and cut it!)
Finally, we'll ship your labels, this is complimentary with your orders as we have no hidden costs with LabEX. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to most capital cities. For Perth and all regional locations, please allow two additional business days.
We also have an express shipping option which will deliver next business day once your order has been completed. Please note that express shipping does not expedite the production of your job, it only expedites the shipping. If you need your job completed by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm this.
Unfortunately, we do not have a pickup facility to accommodate this request. This is why we offer complimentary shipping at no cost to you. If you need your order to be pickup please contact us prior to ordering however we cannot guarantee this will be accommodated.
