In this tutorial, we will guide you on how to properly set up your file in Canva for optimal use in LabEX. For this example, we will use a file with dimensions of 120x70 mm.

The first step is to click on the file and verify that it is set up as 126x76 mm instead of the intended 120x70 mm. The reason for this adjustment is to account for the necessary 3 mm of bleed on all sides, which is required for printing and cutting. If you haven't included the additional bleed in your file, don't worry; you can easily make the change by accessing the "Magic Switch" feature at the top and selecting "Custom Size." From there, you can adjust the dimensions accordingly.

To ensure the highest print quality, it is recommended to download your file as a high-resolution, print-ready file. To do this, click on "Share" and then select "Download." Instead of saving it as a PNG, choose the PDF print option. You will be presented with a few options, and it's important to make sure all of them are unticked. Additionally, be sure to select the CMYK color mode, not RGB. Once you have customized the settings, you can proceed to download your PDF file and use it in LabEX.

Thank you for selecting LabEX, the home of labels.
